By using Powerloom you agree to operate within the boundaries below: keep your credentials secure, don't use the Service to harm others, and accept the disclaimers and dispute-resolution terms common to SaaS agreements.
Effective May 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you") and Powerloom, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Powerloom", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Powerloom service, including the website at powerloom.org, the application at app.powerloom.org, the API at api.powerloom.org, and the command-line interface (the "Service").
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
If you're using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" in these Terms refers to both you individually and your organization.
Powerloom is a control plane for deploying, operating, and governing AI agent fleets. It includes:
We may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion. For material reductions in functionality on a paid plan we'll give reasonable advance notice.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@powerloom.org.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. The Service is not intended for use by anyone under that age. If local law requires a higher minimum age for online services, that age applies.
You may sign in via password or via a supported single-sign-on (SSO) provider (e.g., Google). When you use SSO, our use of the data we receive from the provider is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For unambiguous violations (e.g., distributing malware, operating phishing infrastructure) suspension may be immediate; for borderline cases we'll usually contact you first.
When you supply third-party credentials (e.g., an Anthropic API key, an OpenAI API key, an OAuth token for Slack / HubSpot / GitHub), you authorize Powerloom to use those credentials only as you direct — to invoke agents, route tool calls, and otherwise carry out the operations the Service exposes.
Your relationship with the third-party provider remains governed by that provider's terms. Powerloom is not a party to those agreements; we don't control or guarantee the third party's availability, accuracy, or behavior. If your model provider changes pricing, scopes, or policies, you're responsible for adapting your Powerloom configuration accordingly.
Costs incurred at third-party providers under your credentials are your responsibility. Powerloom does not intermediate or insure those charges.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service — agent prompts, knowledge-base documents, workflow definitions, audit annotations. We claim no rights in your content beyond the limited license you grant us to operate the Service: hosting, processing, transmitting, and displaying your content as needed to provide the features you use.
You're responsible for the legality of the content you submit. Don't upload material you don't have rights to use.
The Service itself — including the software, the marketing site, the documentation, and the Powerloom name and marks — is owned by Powerloom and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Some features of the Service are offered free of charge; others require a paid subscription. Pricing for paid plans is published on our pricing page and incorporated into the order form for your subscription.
Unless your order form says otherwise: subscription fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable, and renew automatically for successive periods of equal length. You can cancel renewal at any time effective at the end of the then-current period.
Powerloom may change fees on prospective renewal terms with at least 30 days' notice.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. AI-AGENT OUTPUTS ARE INHERENTLY PROBABILISTIC; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VALIDATING ANYTHING AN AGENT PRODUCES BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA — ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY.
EACH PARTY'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID POWERLOOM FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
These limitations don't apply to (i) liability for fraud or intentional misconduct; (ii) infringement claims; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be limited by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Powerloom from claims arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (c) content you submit or actions taken by agents operated under your account.
You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and the data associated with it, follow the instructions in the console or email support@powerloom.org.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 30 days of receiving notice (or immediately, in the case of an unambiguous violation per Section 4).
On termination, the rights granted to you in these Terms end. Sections that by their nature should survive — including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution — survive termination.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll post the updated version with a new "Effective" date and, where reasonable, notify account administrators by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any order form you sign) are the entire agreement between you and Powerloom regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all our assets.
